Ever since I was a little boy, I have always had a passion for cars. I have always had the passion about the engineering, the design and the art of cars. I also enjoy reading about what the car is capable of doing.
When I was six I started collecting small toy cars and parked them up on my study table back at home. I told myself from that day, that my dream and my goal is to own a nice collection of classic and modern supercars one day. Without fail, I still tell myself that today.
Mr. Ralph Lauren, a famous American fashion designer is known for his automobile collection. He inspires me with his rare collection of cars from the classic Alfa Romeo 8C 2900B Mille Miglia to the current world fastest supercar, the Bugatti Veyron. It’s not just about driving these supercars, he also shares his passion about the engineering and the elegance of how such a car was built.
His collections of cars are now being displayed in Musée d'Art Décoratifs, Paris until the end of August. I will be heading down there in the middle of this month to have a look at his very own collection.
